2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To pass an order directing to the Opp. party No.1 to take all recourse to transfer the entire provident fund accumulations including the pension fund contributions from the previous membership Numbers that is PF Account No.APHYD/002303400000208832 to the PF Account Number bearing UAN 100615290429 and to issue Scheme Certificate.
And/or may kindly be pleased to pass an order directing the Opp. Party No.1 to dispose of the representation dated 20.11.2021 under Annexure-2 within a definite time granted by this Hon'ble Court." 4.
The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
