This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 03.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9081 of 2022. 4.

Further, in para-4 of the aforesaid order, the year of the P.S. Case be corrected and substituted as '2021' instead of '2022'. 5.

On the basis of oral prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the present address of the Petitioner is concerned.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
