I.A No.183 of 2023 1.
This I.A has been filed by the Petitioners to waive the condition imposed by order dated 19.12.2022.

Taking into account that the Petitioners do not reside within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court in seisin, a direction was given to release them subject to verification of their criminal antecedents. 3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel that though the order has been passed since 19.12.2022 and the criminal antecedents have been called for on 23.12.2022, because of non-receipt of the same, the Petitioners are in custody.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to take proactive steps to ensure that the criminal antecedents are received by 22.03.2023 without fail and on consideration of the same, necessary order be passed. 5.
The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Registry is requested to communicate this order to the learned Court in seisin.
7.
Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State to facilitate him to assist the learned Court in seisin in dispensation of justice.
