Mr. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate states that the order dated 28th January, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15797 of 2019 stands duly complied with as the Collector, Jharsuguda has passed an order dated 31st March, 2021, whereby claim of the Petitioner for award of compensation in view of possession of the acquired land stands declared.

None has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to contest the aforesaid position.
