This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was working as a labour in the truck which was carrying iron ore illegally. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner does not have criminal antecedent to his credit.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil in
// 2 // G.R.Case No.270 of 2022 arising out of Rugudi P.S.Case No.34 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
