This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the allegation leveled against the Petitioner is totally false, fabricated and based on no material. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that delay of six years in lodging the F.I.R. has not been explained. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that at no point of time the Petitioner has obtained the fake B.Ed Certificate from Jhansi University, rather he has appeared in the B.Ed Examination and after being successfully passed in the said examination he has obtained the B.Ed Certificate. The Petitioner has

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R.Case No.1510 of 2021 arising out of Jagatsighpur P.S.Case No.692 of 2021 within a period of three weeks from today and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate.
