It is submitted by Ms. Jyoshnamayee Sahoo, learned CGC that the order of transfer passed against the Petitioner has been canceled vide order dated 13.09.2022 passed by the learned DIG-EST, CRPF, DTE-GEN, New Delhi. A copy of the said order provided by Ms. J. Sahoo be kept on record 4.
In view of such development, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous.
