1. This is an application for modification of order dated 3rd August, 2022 passed in the present writ petition.

2. It is stated in this application that pursuant to the aforementioned order dated 3rd August, 2022, the Assessing Officer has already passed an order. But he has observed that he has no power to order refund.

3. It is clarified that the refund will be made by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. The application is disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
