It is alleged, there is forceful eviction of the Petitioners by the Public Authority without adhering process of law. This Court disposes of the Writ Petition observing in the event the Petitioners are already not involved in any eviction proceeding and there is determination thereof, there should not be eviction of the Petitioners without following due process of law.
