Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the learned Trial Court urging all the grounds available including that inspite of extension of time to file charge sheet is ex-facie illegal.

Granting such liberty the present BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
