1. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15544 of 2010, whereby the employer-Sports Authority of India was required to pass a reasoned order upon the claim of regularization of service of the petitioners after providing an opportunity of hearing.

2. On the previous date of hearing, none had appeared from either of the parties. Today also none appears on behalf of the parties. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present contempt, perhaps in view of the relief having been granted to the petitioners.
