Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client being affected by order dated 15th July, 2022 disposing of W.P.(C) no.15793 of 2022 (Deba Darshini Dash @ Mohapatra v. Bank of Baroda) has filed this writ petition praying, inter alia, recall of said order.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, his client has filed RVWPET no.172 of 2022 for recall of said order passed ex parte against his client. On query from Court he submits, his client had not taken steps to appear. 3.
Petitioner is directed to file proper application as a writ petition seeking modification/recall/stay of operation of an order passed in
// 2 // writ jurisdiction is not maintainable. In the circumstances, petitioner is given liberty to not press the petition and file appropriate application on his same cause.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
