None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, but on perusal of report submitted by learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, it appears that the case in which the Petitioner has sought for bail has already been disposed of by learned trial Court on 08.03.2021, and, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
