This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Parkura P.S. Case No.68 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.309 of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Kendrapara.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
