The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"Under the circumstances, the petitioner therefore, prays that Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue notice of Rule Nisi to the Opp. Party and after hearing the parties be pleased to issue direction to the opp. party to receive the Current Tax, issue permit and fitness of the vehicle bearing No.OD-19-D-8591 (Hyva Tipper) with a liberty to file an appeal before the Authority regarding penalty Tax.

And to grant such other relief/reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper.

And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy available under the statute.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
