2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "a writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ may be issued quashing the impugned order of suspension dated 13.01.2022 under Annexure:10 which has been issued by the District Employment Officer, Jharsuguda in contravention of Rule-12 of the O.C.S (CCA) Rules, 1962 and the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India and others reported in AIR 2015 SC 2389 and necessary direction may be made to the opposite parties to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential service and financial benefits, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble court."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to

// 2 // take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. Opposite Party No.2 is directed to act on this order on production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
