This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. A memo dated 25.03.2022 has been filed by opp. party stating therein that the present writ petition is arising out of O.A. No.841 of 2015 which was disposed of basing on the similarity in facts and issues decided in O.A. No.562 of 2015 (Nila Prasad Tanty v. Union of India and others). In the meantime, W.P.(C) No.13262 of 2021 filed against the order passed by the learned Tribunal in Nila Prasad Tanty (supra) has already been dismissed vide order dated 08.09.2021.

It is therefore, contended by learned counsel for opposite party that since this matter is similar to W.P. (C) No.13262 of 2021, which has been dismissed by this Court, this writ petition may be dismissed accordingly.
