Heard Mr. S.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

During course of hearing Mr. Sahoo wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 read with Odisha Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2015 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.
