This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Balasore P.S. Case No.230 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.702 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore running for the alleged commission of offence under section 279/427/323/307/34 of the IPC read with Section-52(B) of the Orissa Excise Act, 2008 have filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 28.09.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
