1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner challenges the unfair Show-cause notice and compliance demands issued by the Opposite Parties to recover duly sanctioned UGC grant to present a paper in an International Conference in Turkey. Since the petitioner has been only a show cause and it is his duty of the petitioner to reply to the show cause and put forth his position before the authority in stead of approaching this Court at this stage.

4. At this stage, this does not entertain the order dated 21.07.2022 show causing the petitioner cannot be entertained.

5. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
