In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the actions of the Opposite Parties in not appointing the petitioner in filing the post laid vacant due to resignation of the immediate senior in depriving the petitioner by unfairly appointing a junior and in not extending financial and service benefits in consideration of the continuity as would have accrued to her on being given the post vacated by Santwana Mohanta is consider to approach this Court because of the violation in the in the face of record. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted to approach the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today.
