1. An affidavit of the Informant-Opposite Party No.2 is on record stating that she does not want to proceed further in the case. This has not been objected to by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, Badabazar P.S. Case No.53 of 2010 and the corresponding G.R. Case No.421 of 2010 pending in the Court of SDJM, Berhampur and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
