Since the tender is of the year 2012 and the said period has already expired in the meantime, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/agreement, which is applicable to it.

With this aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
