This Court finds the challenge involved herein at Annexure-6 involves a summon dated 27th April, 2022 asking the petitioner to appear on 28.04.2022 at 10.30 A.M.. The date since already elapsed, the summon appears to be expired. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy available to the petitioner.
