Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, call for the relevant records and issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opposite Party Authorities to show cause as to why the prayer of the Petitioner shall not be allowed and if the Opposite Party Authorities fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute;
(ii) And may be pleased to command the Opp. Party Authorities, more particularly the Opp. Party No.3 to release the differential salary component with effect from 01.01.2016 till 30.04.2019 apropos of the orders dated 27.01.2020 issued by the Opp. Party No.4, with immediacy by issuing a Writ in the nature of Mandamus".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation
// 2 // on 30.03.2022 under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
