Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner is ready to join the victim in matrimony. 5.

Taking note of the tenor of 164 Cr.P.C. statement and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is ready to marry the victim, this Court is persuaded to direct for release of the petitioner.

It shall be open to the victim/Investigating Agency to move this Court for cancellation of the bail, in the event the petitioner does not want to marry the victim, as undertaken. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
