This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

This is the second journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Biramitrapur P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.11 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sundargarh running for the alleged commission of offence under section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials which stand against the Petitioner, while being not inclined to re-consider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, at this stage of trial, this application stands disposed

// 2 // of with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all effective steps for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
