This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed vide order dated 04.08.2022 with regard to criminal antecedents of the Petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he had no instruction regarding the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner when the order dated 04.08.2022 was passed by this Court, but subsequently it is ascertained that the Petitioner is having one more criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering such submission, the aforesaid condition of "subject to verification of criminal antecedent of similar nature against the petitioner" is waived. However, it is directed that the

// 2 // Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter at the time of surrender vide the aforesaid order dated 04.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9114 of 2022.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, other terms and conditions in the order dated 04.08.2022 remaining the same. 7.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
