Heard Mr. B. Pradhan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to include the Petitioner in the Financial Bid for "Operation and Management of New Bus Terminal" located at Jharsuguda as per specification of Bid Invitation Notice, i.e., 2nd Tender Call Notice No.1340/dated 23.06.2022 advertised by Regional Transport Office, Jharsuguda.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party no.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jharsuguda vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing

Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
