1. Permitting the Petitioners to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition including the fact of compromise between the parties before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to inform the trial Court of about the preparedness to make the outstanding payment.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
