Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022 register for commission of offence under Sections-147/148/294/506/427/149 of the I.P.C, read with Sections25/27 Arms Act, 1959. 3.

During Course of hearing, Mr. S. Mohanty submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Berhampur (Opposite Party No.1) for redressal of her grievances. He further prays that the direction may be issued to the said Opposite Party to take a decision on such motion within the specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion made on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed grievance petition before Opposite

Party No.1 within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order by Registered Post. In the event, such a grievance petition is received by the Opposite Party No.1, he is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
