Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1731 of 2020, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak, arising out of Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.558 of 2020, for commission of alleged offences under Section 364/364-A/307/34 of IPC and is in custody since 20.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak by order dated 25.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the petitioner's criminal proclivity of involvement in similar cases and in a case under Section 302 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
