This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.56 of 2018 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Angul to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack on the ground that another proceeding, i.e., Crl. Pro. No.79 of 2018 instituted at her instance is pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party when the matter is called.

Considering the facts that both the cases arises out of the matrimonial dispute and are interrelated, this Court directs that Matrimonial Suit No.56 of 2018 pending on the file of the

// 2 // learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Angul be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order and intimate the same to the Opposite Party. 5.

However, the Opposite Party is at liberty to seek review of this order, if he is aggrieved by this order in any manner. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
