Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 931 of 2022 arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No.378 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Khallikote for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 306/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail under Sec.

Cr.P.C.

by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote, by order dated 23.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation.

The petitioners are at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of Charge-Sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection order or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus, stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
