This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. M. Mishra, learned for the Petitioner and Mr. A. K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider his representation vide Annexure-4, within a stipulated period. 4.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before Opposite Party No.2-Project Administrator, ITDA, Kaptipada, Udala vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider and

dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate Order in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this Order.
