This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 16th May, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned 1st Additional District Judge, Rourkela in Civil Revision No.3 of 2017, whereby it confirmed the order dated 20th March, 2017 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rourkela in IA (CMA) No.69 of 2015 (arising out of Execution Case No.42 of 2011) dismissing an application under Section 47 CPC. 3.
