This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of L.E. Revision Nos.34 and 35 of 2019, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states L.E. Revision Nos.34 and 35 of 2019 is pending before the opposite party no.3-Collector and District Magistrate, Balasore vide Annexure-1 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider and dispose of L.E. Revision Nos.34 and 35 of 2019 vide Annexure-1 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
