This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No.328 of 2022 arising out of Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC(R), Balasore, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Section 379 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Balasore, by order dated 23.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the period of custody since 14.7.2022, this Court directs that the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till submission

of the Final Form. Violation of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
