This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.4953 of 2021, arising out of Sahid Nagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/323/294/506/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and gravity of offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, it is observed that, in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned court in seisin over the matter within a

// 2 // period of three weeks from today, the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem fit and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
