Considering the fact that the petitioner is not getting his retirement benefit in view of the pendency of the proceeding initiated against him under Annexure-1, this Court while disposing the writ petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the said proceeding as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
