1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of Anganwadi Worker for Muribahal ICDS Project as per the proceeding of the selection committee held on 25th March, 2022, enclosed as Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition. The said order is appealable before the Addl. District Magistrate.

4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the

// 2 // appellate authority within a week and in the event such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall consider the same in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to all concerned. Further, the appellate authority shall make an effort to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the appeal.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
