This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the cognizance order dated 23.09.2003 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara in G.R. Case No.216 of 2001.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this petition but liberty may be given to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions available to them at the time of framing of charge.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioners, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
