Heard Mr. B.R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.P.Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor.

This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging non-compliance of the order dated 08.04.2022. 4.

Vide the said order, this Court passed an order that prior to vacation of the quarter, the balance amount be paid to the Petitioner herein. In terms of the said order and as reflected in the minutes of discussion held in between the Petitioner and the Opposite Party-Contemnor on 27.05.2022, Petitioner was held eligible to get a further sum of Rs.2,22,632/-. As per the said minutes of discussion as available in Annexure-3 in the contempt petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner accepted an Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of the Petitioner

// 2 // for an amount of Rs.2, 22,632/- in Court today. The memo filed to that effect by the learned counsel for the Petitioner be kept on record.

In view of the payment of the balance amount and due to compliance of the order passed by this Court on 08.04.2022, the Petitioner is directed to vacate the quarter in question within a period of 30 (thirty) days from today, failing which appropriate proceeding will be initiated against her as provided under law.
