Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the opposite parties more particularly O.P. No.4& 5 to hand over the key of the Albaga Jyamiti Field Pump house and to pay the remuneration / salary of the petitioner since from the date of his joining, in the interest of justice".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 29.04.2022 under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be

// 2 // issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
