Learned counsel Mr. A.S. Paul has entered appearance on behalf of the informant. Vakalatnama filed is taken on record. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 4.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No. 542 of 2021 arising out of Bolagarh P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge (POCSO) Bhuabaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/ 366/ 376(2)(n)/ 376(3)/344/346/ of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar (Circuit
Court at Khurda), by Order dated 24.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 7.
Considering the tenor thereof and taking into account that the Charge Sheet has ready been filed on 9.02.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.
The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
