This Interlocutory Application is filed by the Opposite PartyMCL in Court today seeking permission to cancel the tender under NIT-810 dated 13.07.2020. Office is directed to register the same. 3.

Mr. D. Mohanty, learned Counsel appearing for the MCL contended that the Opposite Party-MCL are going to cancel the tender. 4.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated by this Court.
