This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Order No.
Counsel for the State.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused; it is seen that the Petitioner had last moved the Trial Court for his release on bail on 10.02.2020 and in the meantime, there being further progress, if the trial, it has however not been concluded. In view of the above, at this stage while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, this Application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court afresh citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective.
It is needless to observe that in the event, such a move is made, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such subsequent developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
