Mr. Anupam Rath, Additional Standing Counsel states that the Competent Authority has passed an order dated 17th December, 2020, with intimation to the Petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 16th July, 2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 10136 of 2019, thus it is submitted that contempt proceeding no longer survives 3.

In response, counsel for the Petitioner in view of the above concedes that nothing more would survive in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
