Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.

At the outset, on the oral prayer of Mr. Sahoo, he is permitted to correct the description of petitioner no.4 in the cause title of the writ petition and to implead Land Acquisition Zone Officer, Deogarh as opp. party no.4.

According to Mr. Sahoo, the petitioners are aggrieved by non-disposal of their petition filed under Section 28-A of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 which has been registered as L.A. Application No. 573 of 2015. Accordingly they pray that a direction be issued to opp. party no.4 to dispose of such petition within a specific time limit.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer, this Court directs the Land Acquisition Zone Officer, Deogarh (opposite party no.4) to make all endeavor to dispose of the above noted

L.A. Application No.573 of 2015 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
