This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners seeking modification of order dated 15.11.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that while dictating the order, this Court in Paragarph-6 directed Collector, Bolangir (Opposite Party No.3) as well as Collector, Sonepur (Opposite Party No.4). However, inadvertently in paragraph-6, only Collector, Bolangir (Opposite Party No.3) has been reflected.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the prayer for modification is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the words "and the Collector, Sonepur (Opposite Party No.4)" be inserted in the 4th line after Collector, Bolangir (Opposite Party No.3). 6.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
